MYSTIKOS KIPOS accepts orders in its online store for orders in the minimum amount of € 25.00. MYSTIKOS KIPOS intends to process and send the order on the same day as long as MYSTIKOS KIPOS receives your order by 16.00.
In case of delay in the processing process, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone.
Any agreement resulting from an offer, which will contain an obvious mistake, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on MYSTIKOS KIPOS. Please contact us if you doubt the authenticity of an offer. MYSTIKOS KIPOS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any offer.
1.2 QUALITY
MYSTIKOS KIPOS aims at the complete and accurate display of its products through its website. 1.3 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The price listed in the online store when you complete an order is the final price, including all taxes and any shipping costs.

For a payment by deposit in our bank account, note that in your deposit you must necessarily state as a reason your name and optionally the number of your order. To confirm your order, please send us the official proof of deposit in PDF file in response to the email with the subject “New order” you received (or in a new email and send to mystikos.kipos@yahoo.gr). Screenshots and photos of mobile phones are not proof of transfer and cannot be confirmed in this way. For orders with delivery after 1,2,3 or more days, their payment must be completed within 24 hours from the moment of registration. Otherwise, the product may no longer be available and your order may be canceled.
Please note that if you have chosen to pay the required amount through the bank deposit procedure, there should be enough time between the time of the deposit and the time period of its execution so that it can be confirmed.

MYSTIKOS KIPOS in no case knows and therefore does not store your card details in a database.
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
1.4 SHIPPING ORDERS
The products purchased through the website of MYSTIKOS KIPOS are created and sent exclusively by the store MYSTIKOS KIPOS and are delivered exclusively in Thessaloniki, within a radius of about 20 kilometers from our headquarters, with our own means and specially trained partners for sensitive products. In this way we ensure the delivery of products in excellent condition.
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality at the best price. MYSTIKOS KIPOS accepts orders in its online store for orders minimum € 25.00. The orders do NOT include the shipping costs, as the buyer considers it fair to pay, knowing separately the value of the product & the value of the shipping costs due to the Area’s Postcode.

Shipping is charged based on the Municipality. The following table is indicative. The shopping cart calculates exactly the shipping costs.

For orders over € 70.00 near the store there is no extra charge (concerns only one address per order).
We also inform you that we continue to be safe and our transport partners will deliver your order wearing a special protective mask and disposable gloves. Upon consultation with the recipient, we offer the “contactless delivery” service.
MYSTIKOS KIPOS does not make a delivery without having previously contacted the recipient by phone. In case you wish not to call the recipient, you must mention it as a comment in your order. In this way you automatically take responsibility for the late delivery or its delivery to the wrong person / address. In case you do not enter the recipient’s phone number (and add your own number or wrong number instead) it will only be sent once at a random time. If no one is at the pick-up point or the driver cannot locate the location, the product will be returned to you and you will be refunded for a second shipment the next business day available.
Product shipments are made every day of the week. Same day delivery is made on orders registered electronically until 16:00 Monday – Saturday. Deliveries on Sunday are performed, as long as they have been registered until the previous day at 20:00. Note that in many cases the same day delivery on Sunday is also possible – you can only confirm this if you have the option to select the specific day from the field “delivery day”.
